• Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

KYC Verification:

Bn808 may request your National ID, passport, or other documents to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until KYC is complete. This process exists solely to protect your account security.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bn808 at all times. They cover Sports Betting, live betting, and virtual games equally.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• If a team or player changes before a match begins, the bet remains valid unless the organizing authority officially cancels the match.
• If any match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Bn808 reserves the right to void any bet where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary across different events and markets and are subject to change.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bn808 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Compliance with the payment terms below is mandatory.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdraw:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 3–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Daily withdrawal limits are set based on account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bn808 offers welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and special tournament promotions from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bn808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified betting turnover requirement must be met.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
